I use this information to respond to your enquiry. I keep a copy of all emails, including your name and email address, in my secure, cloud-based email platform, as a record of our conversation. 

If you subscribe my newsletter

You provide your email address, so I can send you the newsletter. I store your information in my secure, cloud-based newsletter platform. You can easily unsubscribe at anytime using the link in each newsletter email.

If you do business with me

I will ask for your name, address, phone number and email address. I use this information to do business with you, including sending invoices, receipts, product / service updates, and important business information. I store your information in my secure, cloud-based accounting software.

Who has access to your data

I have access to everything you’ve provided. I may hire sub-contractors to work on my behalf and they will only have access to what they need to do their job. 

I will not share your information with anyone outside of my business, unless required to do so by law.

How I keep your data private

Your information is stored in secure, cloud-based services online. These services are secured by password-protection, and where available, two-factor authentication. To access your information I use devices protected by password, fingerprint or facial recognition.

Changes to this policy

If I change the contents of this policy, those changes will become effective the moment I publish them on this website.
